MessageThank you all veterans for your service and sacrifice for our country. My father was in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was in the Philippines, possibly at the Mactan AFB during his stint with the Air Force. I was born in 1955 (1954 in my baptismal certificate) in Cebu City, Philippines, my mother is Filipina. My father never knew I exist. He is now deceased. I found his name thru a DNA match with one of his relatives. I would like to know more about my biological father, how he looks, etc.. He was a sergeant. I do have his name. Please email me. Thank you very much.

MessageIam 85 years old, served in Korea Sept 15th 1950 as a medic 10th corps headquarters company detachment. Traveled all over Korea they even flew us into some areas we were needed. I found the Korean boy we kept with us up in North Korea in the USA, and went to meet him in Washington for three days to visit the Korean Memorial. Praying for a united Korea. PEACE
